About Us:
Show me farms is located 8 miles south of Columbia on State Highway AB. We
have about 500 acres that is home to 150 mother cows. This is where we
raise beef for our Born Tender Omega Beef program. Our beef is fed a diet
of grains which includes flax that increases the healthy Omega 3 by 600%.
They recieve no hormones, implants, or antibiotics in the feed. The cattle
are kept out in pastures all the time. We also have 250 free range egg
laying hens that roam the farm. Our farm also produces pasture raised
fryer chickens in specially designed outdoor portable pens. We also make
breakfast burritos using our eggs and beef. The burritos are served hot
each Saturday morning at the market. You may also purchase them frozen to
take home to enjoy all week long. We are located in stalls 21 and 23 on
the north side of the market.
